New poetic letter: My greatest gift is you.
In the homeless shelter, I distributed
This food so preciously coveted
Trembling at the thought of being nothing
I also, one day, in the daily need
When you help the souls in pain
Your generosity will remain in your heart
Often told me my proud ancestors
During our walks on the snowy trails
Solidarity, sharing,
I feel the warmth of the fireplace
Spread, around the Christmas tree
Surrounded by bright eyes of children
Admiring the toys hanging from wreaths (…)
